We are looking for Multimedia and Web design team members who can work on Chroma Videos and perform Video Streaming on the website.

If you think you can do streaming, work on Chroma videos and develop complex web designs using Flash, Flash Action Scripting, Premier, Final Cut Pro and other related web design and multimedia tools then you are the one, we are looking for.

Technosys specializes in creating web sites that work for our clients. We develop e-commerce, multimedia, retail, health care, finance, banking and governmental web sites and web application. If you are a flexible and inventive individual who understands complex web site design technology issues and can join immediately, apply at Technosys Solutions. Responsibilities:

• The prime responsibility will be working on chroma videos, editing them and making them run on the website.
• Create new web site design for various clients using all the latest designing tools.
• Modify and implement designs generated by others to ensure quality products
• Implement video and audio for the web using video/audio editing software.
• Work closely with programmer’s team and interaction and visual designers to rapidly develop both high and low fidelity webpage prototypes for proof-of-concept and usability testing.
• Understand and accurately build web-based application solutions based on different types of documentation (process flows, wireframes, annotations, comps & copy documents).
• Design HTML prototypes, visual interfaces and interaction of Web-based applications and hand code CSS.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience designing for consumer-focused websites.
• Solid skills in design software, e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Dream weaver, Flash, Flash Action scripting, Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, 3D Studio.
• Understanding of practical benefits and limitations of Internet technologies, such as HTML, CSS, Flash, Java, DHTML, CGI, 3D Studio, LAMP)
• In-depth knowledge of Flash Animation and Application Design including moderate to strong Action-Scripting skills.
• Experience with Video/Audio for the web.
• Must be comfortable following direction and implementing changes based on constructive criticism, thrive on multidisciplinary teams, and be able to balance great design with meeting short deadlines.
• Hands on execution, be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Have familiarity with user-interface and information architecture principles and how to design Web sites with complex information or functionality.
• Have strong typographic, color, and layout skills, and a deep understanding of how these basic design principles are applied to the web.
• Be detail-oriented and highly communicative, with the ability to work independently, think critically and solve problems.

As an IT Sales/Marketing Trainee, you will use your knowledge in the Information Technology industry to develop and grow your client base by selling IT Consulting Services for projects and interim staffing solutions. Additionally, you will strengthen your relationship building skills by making extensive outbound sales calls and conducting in-person meetings with key managers for the purpose of prospecting new business and identifying key project needs. This position is for individuals interested in the Direct-Hire IT placement business. Recruiting activities include screening, interviewing, matching, coordinating interviews and filling job orders. Client activities include maintaining existing client relationships and developing new accounts for corporate partnership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruit, screen, schedule, interview, and place candidates.
